Princess Mononoke fan art

I recently rewatched Princess Mononoke, and my understanding of it now is completely different from over a decade ago. Feeling inspired, I created a fan art piece. I've been looping Joe Hisaishi's score nonstop for days — this piece has the power to instantly pull you into the world of the film, as if an old woman were gently telling a tragic ancient tale. I really put in a lot of effort to recreate the atmosphere of this piece.
